For 4 People-
- 1 Stick of Cinnamon
- 1 Stick of Turmeric
- Some Peppercorns (Black Pepper)
- 1 Stick of Ashwagandha
- 1 Stick of Dry Ginger
- 1 Stick of Mulethi (Licorice)
- A teaspoon of Tulsi Leaves
Add a teaspoon Honey (Optional)
- Crush all the herbs & boil it in 800gm water. Once 200gm water left, Then distribute or serve the 50 gm- 50 gm each to the 4 members of the family.

- Take it early morning empty stomach daily.
