Cancellation & Return Policy

Cancellation of Order-

Orders made from our website (srisatymevgroup.com) are cancellable in certain conditions. You will have to send us an email on support@srisatymev.com with reasons for the cancellation. For timely shipping and operational reasons, a cancellation charge will be applied.

If the order is delivered there will be no return or cancellation.

  1. If you are canceling your order before dispatch. 5% of the order amount will be the cancellation charge and your order will be canceled.

  1. If you are canceling the order after dispatch is done. 10% of order amount & shipping charges will be the cancellation charge and your order will be canceled. We will initiate the refund after getting the product back to us,

  • To cancel your order which is not shipped yet, please send us an email at (support@srisatymev.com) regarding cancellation of order. Your will be canceled and the amount will be refunded except 5 % of your order amount.
  • To cancel your order after the same has been shipped from our end, please email our team (support@srisatymev.com) and do not accept the delivery of the order. Once the shipment returns to us, your order will be canceled and the amount will be refunded except 10% of order amount & shipping cost. (In case of cancellation of order shipping cost will be charged to the customer free shipping offer will be void.)

What is the SriSatymev Cancellation Policy?

After placing an order, in case you want to cancel your order, you can easily do so until it has not been processed and is in our warehouse. Any amount already paid by you will be refunded back.

I have canceled my order. When can I expect to get my refund?

For the payments made using Debit card, Credit card or by Net Banking, you’ll get a refund in your account in the next 7 to 10 days after you cancel your order. Please contact our customer care team (support@srisatymev.com). Refund, if approved, will be processed within 10-12 business days.

Can the shipping address of the order change after placing it?

There are few conditions where you can exchange the products.

In case the wrong product has been delivered to you or you got damaged product, you can raise a request for a replacement within 4 days of delivery of your order.

Please email a replacement request to our team (support@srisatymev.com) or call us at +91-8506927533. We will get back to you within 24 hours & resolve your issue. Please note that the products must reach us in an unused state for us to process the replacement. Once we receive the order back and verify its packaging/condition, your order will be modified and the product will be replaced.

All the products are non-returnable.

Reasons for Exchange

  • Video proof of unboxing (Shoot a video while opening the product)
  • Order receipt
  • Explaining images

There is no return applicable if the right product is received by you.
