गुडहल पाउडर (Hibiscus Powder)

गुडहल फूल पाउडर का प्रयोग स्वास्थ्य और सुंदरता दोनो में करा जाता है।

उपयोग–

गुडहल पाउडर को मेहंदी या दही में मिलाकर बालों में लगाने से बाल झड़ने की समस्या दूर होती है। बालों की जड़े मज़बूत होती है।
बालों लो लम्बा करने के लिए गुडहल पाउडर (2 tsp), गुड़हल की 8-10 पत्तियों के पाउडर को नारियल तेल (1 cup) में उबाले। उबल जाने के पश्चात इसे ठंडा होने के लिए रख दें। ठंडा होने के बाद इसे बोतल में या काँच के जार में भर कर रख दे। इस तेल की बालों में अच्छी तरह मालिश करे। आधे घंटे के बाद शेमपू से सिर धो ले।
एंटी–डैंड्रफ़ हेयर पेक बनाने के लिए गुडहल पाउडर (4 चम्मच), गुडहल पत्तियाँ (15-20) मेहंदी पाउडर (4-5 चम्मच) आधा नींबू ले। इन सबको मिलाकर बालों की जड़ो में लगा कर एक घंटे के लिए छोड़ दे। एक घंटे के बाद शेमपू से सिर धो ले।
बालों की conditioning के लिए गुडहल पाउडर को पानी में मिलाकर पेस्ट बनाये। इसे पेस्ट को बालों में एक घंटा लगाकर छोड़ दें। उसके बाद गुनगुने पानी से सिर धो ले।
बालों की regrowth के लिए गुडहल में अदरक का जूस (3 tsp) मिलाकर अच्छे से पेस्ट बनाए। इस पेस्ट को बालों की जड़ो में लगाए। 20 मिनट के लिए छोड़ दे। बाद में गुनगुने पानी से सिर धो ले।
बालों की growth के लिए गुडहल पाउडर (2 tsp) और एलोवेरा जेल (1 कप) को मिलाकर पेस्ट बनाए। इस पेस्ट को बालों की जड़ो में लगाकर 45 मिनट के लिए छोड़ दे। गुनगुने पानी से सिर धो ले।
गुडहल पाउडर का प्रयोग चाय बनाने के लिए भी करा जाता है। इसकी चाय पाचन, वजन ढीला, अवसाद, कैंसर, मासिक धर्म दर्द, जिगर की क्षति, रक्तचाप, कोलेस्ट्रॉल स्तर जैसी बीमारियों में मदद करती है।

गुडहल की चाय बनाने का तरीक़ा (hibiscus tea method):

पानी– 2 कप
अदरक– एक छोटा टुकड़ा
शहद– 1 स्पून
पोधिना– 2-3 पत्ती
गुडहल पाउडर– 1tsp
पानी को उबाले, इसमें अदरक कूट कर डाले, पोधिना पत्तियाँ डाले। जब यह सब उबल जायें तब इसमें गुडहल पाउडर डालकर एक उबाल दे। शहद मिलाकर छान ले। इस चाय का स्वाद व रंग बहुत अच्छा होता है।
